Electrical Parts - We are unable to take a return of any electrical parts including but not limited to clutches, solenoids, lights, starter motors, and wiring harnesses. New Power Equipment Returns - Power Equipment is not eligible for returns once it has been in contact with gas or oil. Once gassed or oiled it will not be accepted for return even if sent back. If you have gassed or oiled the machine and are having problems, you will need to take it to an authorized service center. If it is a manufacturer defect it may be covered under warranty through that service dealer. Used Equipment Returns - In most cases used equipment will not be eligible for returns. It is typically sold as is with no warranty. We will only accept returns of used equipment if the listing was found to have an error or mistake that changes condition of the equipment. We will list products as accurately as possible but the buyer is assuming the risk when buying a used piece of equipment.
