I let it sit too long with old gas. These parts may work with your srm 260, 265, 230, 225, 280 etc. This one will crank idle run, but when give it gas it wants to die.

Looks great, needs some love air filter. Lots of good parts gear head, recoil, clutch, coil, crankcase, flywheel, shaft, trigger, kill switch, muffler etc.
